Like for most of you, the last 6 months has been a time of unprecedented and unexpected change for MedTech and New York’s bio/med industry. Frankly, when we moved to an all online platform and began publishing this update daily back in March, we anticipated that we’d return to some form of the old normal by Labor Day. Clearly, we were wrong.
At the same time, the coronavirus pandemic has forced to find new – and more impactful – ways to connect the life sciences and healthcare industries. What we’ve lost in in-person gatherings, we’ve gained in online tools and the increased flexibility that comes with virtual meetings.
One thing hasn’t changed and that’s our commitment to delivering value to our members and our most important constituency – the people whose lives are saved and improved by the products and treatments developed by our members.
This October we’ll be bringing you MedTech2020 – a virtual conference that will combine the best of our previous annual conferences with a deeper library of material and information to help your organization navigate and thrive in this new world.
It’s going to be an exciting ride; we hope you’ll join us.
