Of 30 million patients (G7) diagnosed with moderate-to-severe forms of chronic immune diseases, only 5 million receive advanced therapies. Only 2 million of those receiving these therapies then experience adequate responses.
A key barrier to the development of novel therapies and treatment paradigms has been the complexity and heterogeneity of these diseases which consist of different disease states with distinct unmet medical need and biology. However, by looking to the global ecosystem, harnessing scientific advances in understanding disease pathophysiology and identifying and employing biomarkers for mechanistic stratification, there is hope.
Join us as we welcome experts in this space to discuss precision medicine approaches in immune-mediated diseases and the opportunities they see to make precision medicine a reality for patients. You will also hear from leaders from the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson who will share their insights on the immunology innovation landscape and their vision for the future.
