As the West Region Vision Care Sales AVP, reporting to the Executive Director, Vision Care, you will serve as a regional manager with responsibility for developing, managing, supporting and enabling a new and focused team of Vision Care sales executives and ensuring achievement of the regional business plan, while maintaining financial discipline to ensure a profitable territory. You understand that numbers alone do not define a team and that the attitude and integrity demonstrated while achieving the numbers determine the true measure of success.
Within this position you will be responsible for driving team revenue and achieving quarterly and annual targets for the Vision Care sales portfolio within a region covering the western states from Colorado to California.
As an experienced sales leader and coach, you understand how to operate as an expert in the customer’s business and position yourself as a trusted advisor and consultant, enabling you to confidently lead C-suite executives through the implementation process for a new and innovative solution. Further, you are experienced with leading a team of strong A-players to success, accentuating their strengths and helping them minimize their challenges.
