The Corporate Marketing and Lead Generation Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of lead generation campaigns to appeal to new markets and customers. Delivering a consistent pipeline of high-quality B2B leads to support the new Business Development team. They are accountable for protecting, polishing, and promoting the PEKO brand by boosting visibility and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered.

HOW YOU ADD VALUE:

Marketing Activities:

  • Integrated Campaign Development across a mix of digital and physical media channels
  • Coordinate compelling thought leadership content across different channels including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, and social media.
  • Work with website design vendor to identify opportunities and optimize content
  • Understanding of paid search metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of paid search campaigns.
  • Utilize Marketing Automation Software (Hubspot preferred).
  • Identify and promote new market segments and target accounts that align with PEKO services
  • Plan and coordinate any other inbound or outbound marketing strategies

Lead Generation Activities:

  • Execute on Lead Generation Strategy and deliver to Business Development team
  • Develop innovative lead generation ideas and new ways to achieve corporate goals (this includes building, planning, and budgeting for the corporate strategy).
  • Lead Nurture programs
  • Meet Lead Generation and Prospect Goals

Branding Activities:

  • Promote the PEKO brand to external prospects and customers and measure result
  • Protect the PEKO brand by establishing and maintaining Brand standards internally and externally
  • Polish the PEKO brand by keeping pace with the marketplace and industry trends

 

Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge using business applications of digital and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, GoogleAds etc.)
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and reprioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with Sales or Marketing software
  • Problem-solver and results-driven
  • Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Minimum education: Marketing or Communications Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience leading B2B marketing
  • 3+ years’ experience leading generation strategy and execution
  • Experience working with marketing vendors
