UB and Roswell to Share $1.85 Million State Grant for Stem Cell Research

A state agency is giving scientists at the University at Buffalo and Roswell Park Cancer Institute a $1.85 million grant to create a stem cell research training program, the institutions announced Friday.
The interdisciplinary Stem Cells in Regenerative Medicine program, known as SCiRM, pulls together 18 faculty from UB’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, the university’s School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and Roswell Park’s Graduate Division.
