MedTech Names Boger Member of the Year

Heslin Rothenberg Farley & Mesiti P.C. announces that John W. Boger, a partner with the firm, was named as 2014 Member of the Year by MedTech Association.
MedTech is a Syracuse based trade organization representing New York’s pharmaceutical, biotech and medical technology companies, their suppliers, and research universities.
At the annual members dinner, Boger was recognized for his service as co-chair of MedTech’s Issues, Events and Services Committee, and for his donation of legal services to the organization.
Boger is chairman of the firm’s Medical Products and Technology Practice Group, and is a frequent column writer for the national publications, BONEZONE and ORTHOKNOW
A cum laude graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, Boger also received cum laude, a bachelor of science degree in biomedical engineering from Syracuse University and a master of science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah.
Previous to joining Heslin Rothenberg Farley & Mesiti P.C., Boger was Senior Counsel at Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. Prior to attending law school, he worked for eight years at DePuy, Inc. as a product development engineer and product manager specializing in orthopaedic implant design.
