Ireland, UK Working on New Fee Proposals for Medtech Industry

The Irish Health Products Regulatory Authority is seeking comments on a draft proposal that would charge a new annual fee for manufacturers and distributors based on their activity and size. Meanwhile, the U.K. is planning a system to help it recover regulatory costs by imposing new fees and adjusting existing ones.
