The Cornell Center for Materials Research (CCMR) JumpStart program announced it has started accepting applications for projects that faculty and students will work on to help New York businesses beginning in September.
The CCMR JumpStart program is a “semester-long partnership that pairs New York state small businesses that have well-defined technical needs with Cornell [University] faculty and students who have the expertise to help, the center said in a news release.
Under the program, CCMR provides a dollar-for-dollar match for project expenses up to $5,000, according to CCMR.
