During this interactive three day program, participants will begin working in teams on specific work related problems using the first four phases of the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, and Improve). The outcome will be a set of recommendations from each team on steps forward toward an improvement strategy for management’s consideration.

A parking pass will be emailed a week before the seminar begins. Please print this out and place on your dashboard when you arrive. Parking is available in Parking Lot S, which is adjacent to the Hugh L. Carey Building. The parking permit allows for parking in any area not marked Handicapped, Reserved, Short-Term, 20-minute or Admin.
