This position will provide support for the HR Services team, be responsible for employee files for US, Canada, Mexico and other countries; HRIS for data entry; HR, employee, manager, and vendor (ADP and Aon Hewitt) interaction support; and HRpayroll project support. * Receive data transaction requests and record all status, transfer, and termination changes into HRIS, payroll, or alternate systems on a timely basis. * Responsible for employee files, adhering to document retention guidelines. * Prepare new hiretermination packets for employees. * Address HR, employee, and manager questions regarding data, process, and policies. * Create and run HRIS reports on a regular and ad hoc basis. * Provide back up to HR Services personnel as needed to maintain continuity of operations. * Handle multiple priorities accurately and timely. * Participate on department and cross functional teams and assist with implementation of new or enhancements to HR systems. * Supports invoice handling and calendars as needed


Associate’s Degree in HR, related field preferred, H.S. Diploma required. * Bi-lingual ability required (English & Spanish). * Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred. * Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. * Ability to multi task and work independently and provide good customer service. * Excellent analytical and communication skills plus ability to work in a team environment. * Attention to detail, planning, organization and execution skills required. * Experience in dealing with confidential information.
