As the company transitions, we are seeking... an Account Manager sales role for either theWinnipeg (Manitoba) or Regina (Saskatchewan) territory.

The Responsibilities: * Responsible for the attainment of salesmarket share objectives and effectively manages the territory. The Account Manager will execute nationalregionallocal promotional activities and programs for assigned productstherapeutic areas. Expand menu and book of business within current customer accounts. * Work cross functionally with internal colleagues on the technical, and customer service staffs to provide best in class sales experience and support. * Utilize competitive, customer, and product knowledge to identify new leads for specialist staff and re-sign existing customers to new long term products. Deliver insightful sales messages which will enable our customers in achieving defined businesstechnical goals. These responsibilities will include pre & post analysis review. * Work cross functionally with internal colleagues and peers to share information and best practices while remaining actively involved in industrycustomer organizations that impact business. *  Deliver financial and technical presentations that are tailored to appropriate stakeholders within the hospital system. Assist in coordinating customer attendance and conducing system demonstrations & presentations where applicable. * Be anxious to learn, achieve and grow as a diagnostic sales professional.

Requirements:

The Individual: * Must have a Bachelor's degree is required in Business, Life Science, or related field or equivalent experience. * Must have 3 years’ experience in the Healthcare Industry; 5 years preferred. * Individuals with a strong 3 year performance record in b2b sales outside of industry are also encouraged to apply. * Have a functional understanding of the Canadian Healthcare Market and Changes within the industry is required. * Candidate must have experience working in complex sales environments with demonstrated success over time. * Successful negotiation, organizational and time management skills are required. * Have an entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen, and a desire to sell competitively in a highly concentrated IDN market is required. * A valid driver's license in good standing, issued in one of the 10 provinces paired with a clean driving record is required. * Ability to travel as necessary or required that may include overnight andor weekend travel. * Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. * Prior capital equipment sales experience is a plus.
